Wow, We can’t believe you're 11 years old already! It’s going by really fast. Mom and Dad are proud of you. You have grown into a responsible, caring, dependable young guy. We could not have asked for a better son. You’ve taught us patience, responsibility on how not to be so precise and rigid. As you continue to grow into your teens, we promise to continue to advocate for you. Dealing with the school system has been a challenge. They have tried to put you in a box. I am constantly having to remind them that you’re an out of the box thinker and doer and not to set limits on you based on your autism diagnosis. Daddy and I want to see you grow to your fullest potential. We refuse to place limits on you. We will also continue to instill that you can do whatever you set your mind to.
