Ty Spears is the Founder and President of the Jardine Spears Autism Foundation, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to advocacy, family support, and community empowerment for individuals living with Autism. Inspired by his personal journey and driven to expand access to care, Ty has become a respected voice in Autism awareness, early intervention, and community outreach.

Recognized for his ability to build strong partnerships across families, schools, healthcare organizations, and civic leadership, Ty works relentlessly to increase visibility, mobilize resources, and support underserved communities. His mission is rooted in compassion, inclusivity, advocacy, and sustainable support systems for families navigating Autism.
